Are you an overwhelmed ADHD/AuDHD Adult trying to hold it all together while everything feels like it's falling apart?
Do Any of These Sound Familiar?
Your phone is full of self-help apps you downloaded but nothing really helps
You've tried all the planners, apps, & strategies online but nothing really helps
You're doing your best to keep up but keep falling behind no matter how hard you work
You're ready to stop trying harder and build a life that actually works with your brain
If any of these hit home, here's how we can change that:
Here’s What We Do Together
We start with curiosity—about what’s actually getting in your way, and why the strategies you’ve tried haven’t worked.
Then we look at the pressure points:
Where things feel like a constant uphill push
Where your energy drains before the day even begins
Where you've been blaming yourself for not keeping up
We don’t start with goals or productivity hacks.
Then we rebuild differently
We start rebuilding—gently, thoughtfully, and in a way that honors how your brain actually works.
No more forcing. No more masking. Just a real, sustainable shift into something that fits.
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress that doesn’t require you to become someone else.
What Coaching Looks Like
This is 1:1 coaching for Neurodivergent Adults who are ready to stop fighting their brain.
We meet regularly (usually every 1–2 weeks) to find solutions and strategies that work with your real life, not an idealized version of it.
Why I Get It
I work with Neurodivergent Adults who are burned out, stuck, and tired of trying strategies that never seem to stick.
As someone with ADHD and Autism myself, I know what it’s like to push until everything collapses.
I’ve rebuilt my life around systems that actually work—and now I help others do the same, in ways that are flexible, sustainable, and real.
This Is for You If You're...
Done trying to force yourself into neurotypical systems.
You've spent years trying to do things the "right" way, and now you're ready to find what actually works for you.
Ready to rethink the whole damn thing—not just add another hack to the pile.
You want to understand your brain and build from there—not fight it anymore.
Looking for a partner, not a guru.
You don't want someone to tell you what to do—you want a thinking partner who sees your potential and walks with you as you reclaim it.
